Meet Our Founder
At the heart of Ties & Toasts is Chelsea Oliver, Founder, Lead Officiant, & Bartender.
An ordained minister through the Universal Life Church and a RAMP-certified bartender, Chelsea brings a rare blend of emotional intuition, design-forward thinking, & polished hospitality to every celebration. With experience executing large-scale events & intimate gatherings alike, she has a trained eye for detail & flow - understanding how dozens of small decisions come together to shape how a day feels.
Chelsea is known for her ability to sweat the small stuff so you don’t have to. From the cadence of a ceremony to the pacing of a reception, from the placement of personal details to the energy behind the bar, she approaches each event with intention, precision, & care - all while remaining remarkably calm under pressure.
Her presence is steady, grounding, & quietly confident. When plans shift, timelines flex, or emotions run high, Chelsea holds the moment with ease - ensuring your day unfolds beautifully while you stay fully present in the joy of it.
